We are managing an exciting opportunity for a Senior Womenswear Designer—a role that offers the chance to significantly influence the creative direction and continued growth of a rapidly expanding luxury brand. Working closely with the Creative Director, this position leads the development of seasonal collections from concept through to production, delivering elevated designs across all categories and ensuring a cohesive, recognisable aesthetic.

With full involvement across the design lifecycle, the designer will oversee research, sketching, sampling, fittings, technical packs, and communication with factories to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. They will also direct capsule projects, collaborations, surface development, and print processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to align creative intent with commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate brings over six years’ experience in premium or luxury womenswear, combining exceptional creativity with strong commercial awareness. Highly organised and collaborative, they will champion teamwork, mentor junior designers, and maintain a disciplined approach to process—contributing to a culture of creative excellence within a fast-paced studio environment.
