Senior Consultant -Recruiting Talent across the Fashion Industry
Create have teamed with a Ladies Fast Fashion supplier based in North London.
They are looking for A Senior Garment Technologist to join the growing team. Their business provides innovative solutions powered by continuous learning and broad market exposure across all ladieswear product categories. Over the years of experiences in fashion, They have built a unique approach to business and fast fashion industry. Their team are passionate, innovative and creative individuals who have a determination to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain block or specification libraries for all relevant products and be responsible for fitting and sealing.
- Reviewing design specs and working with offshore offices and factories to facilitate production of development samples.
- Take responsibility for relevant critical path events and working to find solutions to problems around this.
- Responsible for all aspects of garment quality assurance and fit, from 1st fit to final sealing.
- Measuring, documenting, and assessing samples from first fit to production.
- Writing notes, preparing comments, grading specs and updating workbooks, sending to overseas offices and factories.
- Checking the construction and quality of the garments and advising on options and solutions for quality assurance.
- Attend fit meetings with customers.
- Managing high volume orders in an organized and timely manner.
- Daily Liaison and coordination with merchandising teams and other managers on product and development for customers.
- Knowledge of grading

- Experience in working across all the ladieswear product categories.

- A people person with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to details with the ability to prioritise workload.
