Create have teamed with a brand that offers bespoke and ready-to-wear clothing for hospitality staff, with a focus on quality, style and environmental responsibility. They are currently looking for a Production Assistant to join their growing team and will work alongside our Design and Product teams. This is an exciting role that will allow you to work with our extensive existing supply chain partners in Men's and Womenswear high-end bespoke garment production.
Job spec includes:
- Working with specialist software to manage orders.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure critical paths are met.
- Working with the product and fabric team to ensure good communication on fabric and trims ordering.
- Sending samples to clients and factories.
- Managing client deliveries.
- Arranging shipping and couriers.
- Working with Project Manager and Production Manager on all aspects of the production process.
- Pick and Packing.
- Garment QC.
- Working with the team to provide client onsite installation and measuring service.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous garment production and fashion knowledge essential - 3 years plus in a similar role.
- Previous knowledge working with external suppliers and garment factories in Europe and Far East.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Great attention to detail (essential).
- Excellent computer skills - very important.
- Perfect candidate will be logical, practical and organised. Have great time management skills.
