Job Description
Product Assistant – Women's Activewear
Create Recruitment Specialists have partnered with a high-performance activewear brand, who has a clean, timeless aesthetic — kit that works as hard as the women who wear it. We’re looking for a sharp, organised Product Assistant to help turn ideas into reality.
Reporting to our Head of Product, you’ll keep the wheels turning across every stage of development — managing supplier comms, tracking samples, updating tech packs and CADs, approving trims and fabrics, and making sure every detail meets our exacting standards. You’ll co-ordinate fittings, keep timelines tight, and work hand-in-hand with merchandising to get products to market on time.
We want someone with at least two years’ experience in lifestyle or sportswear, a knack for problem-solving, and an eye for detail that doesn’t miss a stitch. You’ll know your way around Adobe Illustrator and Excel, understand technical fabrics inside-out, and bring the positive, proactive energy of someone who loves what they do.
This is a fast-moving role in a small, passionate team — where your work will have real impact and your ideas will be heard. If you’re ready to push boundaries, sweat the details, and help make the best activewear in the game, we’d love to hear from you.
