We’re partnering with a leading luxury fashion house to appoint an exceptional Atelier Manager for its in-house Atelier. This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of the creative process, collaborating closely with Design to translate vision into beautifully crafted prototypes and samples across two collections.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight — managing specialist teams, planning delivery and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship under demanding timelines. You’ll play a key role in shaping effective ways of working between Design and the Atelier, while driving solutions that support scalability and industrialisation without compromising creative integrity.
Working cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, 3D, Fabric & Trims and Global Sourcing, this position offers real senior-level influence and visibility. Menswear experience is highly desirable, with strong expertise across tailoring and outerwear essential. We’re seeking a technically confident, creatively driven leader ready to make a tangible impact within a highly respected luxury brand.
