Crete are excited to share a rare opportunity to step into a truly hands‑on Senior Designer role within a heritage luxury childrenswear and lifestyle house. This position sits at the heart of a small, highly collaborative head office team, offering full ownership of the end‑to‑end design process across seasonal ready‑to‑wear, capsule collections, accessories and lifestyle products. From shaping creative direction and trend‑led concepts through to fabric selection, fittings and production follow‑up, this is a 360° role for a designer who thrives on autonomy, accountability and craftsmanship.

Working closely with founders, creative leadership and cross‑functional teams, the role blends creativity with commercial insight, ensuring collections are beautifully designed, market‑relevant and delivered on time. Ideal for an established senior designer with a strong luxury background, this is an opportunity to influence brand evolution, lead with integrity and create meaningful product within a refined, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own the design process from concept through to production follow‑up, ensuring high‑quality craftsmanship and commercial success.
  • Shape creative direction, develop trend‑led concepts, select fabrics and oversee fittings.
  • Collaborate with founders, creative leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver collections on time.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience as a senior designer or design manager in luxury childrenswear or premium fashion.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, construction and sourcing.
  • Proven ability to balance creativity with commercial performance.
  • Highly proactive, confident working independently in a small business environment, an excellent communicator and presenter, with energy, discretion and a strong sense of brand ambassadorship.
