An established international luxury women’s fashion brand, recognised for its modern design aesthetic and global customer base, is looking for a commercially focused Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow its digital business. This is a high visibility role with direct impact on business performance. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, entrepreneurial, and enjoy working in a founder-led team environment.
You will take ownership of the ecommerce function across trading, optimisation, and digital performance within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You will focus on driving online growth while delivering a customer experience aligned with a luxury positioning. The role is full time office based. (Not hybrid)
Key Responsibilities- Own ecommerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, and average order value.
- Utilise Shopify, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to monitor site performance and define actionable insights.
- Develop pricing, promotional, and markdown strategies to support both margin and inventory objectives.
- Partner closely with brand and creative teams to ensure content supports both commercial and brand goals.
- Lead weekly and monthly trading analysis, using performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimise trading decisions.
- Manage and continuously improve the Shopify ecommerce platform to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Oversee product launches, category management, and onsite merchandising to maximise sell-through.
- Identify and implement CRO and UX enhancements to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Manage external paid media and digital marketing agencies, ensuring strong ROI and performance delivery.
- Support and oversee junior ecommerce administration and operational tasks where required.
- 4–7+ years’ experience within ecommerce, digital trading, or performance roles, ideally within fashion, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven experience driving ecommerce growth and improving online conversion performance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce operations.
- Commercially driven with a solid understanding of digital trading, margins, and online growth levers.
- Confident managing and challenging external agencies to achieve performance targets.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Thrives in agile, lean environments where both strategic thinking and hands-on execution are required.
