Are you a natural relationship builder, who loves engaging with clients on the sales floor? Are you looking for an opportunity to help shape a brand's VIC strategy? We are partnering with a beautiful heritage brand on Regent Street looking for an In-store clientelling manager to join their team. You will focus on developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through proactive outreach, CRM strategy, appointments, events and personalised experiences.
Ideally you will come from a premium or luxury background across leather goods, jewellery, watches or fashion, with a proven track record as a top-performing salesperson. We are looking for someone curious, energetic, who is genuinely motivated by building client loyalty and driving repeat business. This is a role where personality and energy matters just as much as experience.
The role is shop floor based and you must be available to work full time on a rota basis shifts Monday – Sunday.
Are you passionate about:
- Driving repeat spend and client retention
- Identifying opportunities to re-engage dormant clients through personalised outreach
- Building local and international clients
- Proactively recruiting and developing new clients
- Analysing client data to identify opportunities for growth
- Experience with CRM tools e.g. Salesforce or Tulip
- Able to identify clients with spending ability
- Developing personal outreach strategies e.g. WhatsApp, phone and email
- Hosting appointments, events and private shopping experiences in store
- Creating long term brand loyalty
- Acting as a role model within the store sharing best practice around clienteling
- Collaborating with Head office on client development initiatives
- Monitoring client KPIs including ATV, UPT
About your experience:
- Experience selling premium/luxury leather accessories, jewellery or watches
- Demonstrate success as a top-performing seller in store
- Previous experience within a clientelling, VIC, CRM, or VIP focused role
- Evidence of driving repeat business
- Strong understanding of client segmentation
- Confidence approaching clients proactively
- Experience shaping the brand’s VIP strategy
- Highly organised, entrepreneurial with a relationship led approach
- Passion for luxury retail, client experience and brand storytelling
