Create have teamed up with a Luxury chain of Alteration Boutiques renowned for precision craftsmanship, discretion, and exceptional client service. They work exclusively with luxury garments, designer labels, bridalwear, and high-end men’s and women’s clothing. The atelier is trusted by discerning clients who expect flawless results.
We are seeking 3 experienced Seamstress/Tailors to join their skilled team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in their craft, works confidently with luxury garments, and understands the standards of a premium service environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality alterations and repairs across a wide range of garments, including:
- Men’s and women’s tailoring
- Bridal and eveningwear
- Designer and couture pieces
- Leather, suede, and delicate fabrics
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in tailoring or alterations
- Strong technical ability across diverse fabrics and garment types
- Proven experience working with luxury or designer clothing
- Confidence conducting fittings and advising clients
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in flawless finishes
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small specialist team
- Strong tailoring background
- Leather and suede expertise
- Experience within a luxury or premium service environment
- Hours: Full-time, typically Tuesday–Saturday (negotiable) store is closed Sunday and Monday
- Location: Chelsea store and West end store, so we are looking for 3 people
- Salary: £30,000–£40,000, dependent on experience (exceptional candidates considered)
