As our Procurement Coordinator, you'll help keep some of our most important supply chains moving. Working across raw materials, packaging and third-party suppliers, you'll support the delivery of procurement strategies that drive value, ensure continuity of supply and help bring new products to life. You'll collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing and Procurement, turning data into insight and helping shape decisions that make a real difference to the business. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

  • Help deliver procurement strategies that strengthen supplier performance, improve efficiency and support a resilient supply base across key categories.
  • Play an important role in bringing new products to market by coordinating supplier onboarding, packaging developments and raw material changes with cross-functional teams.
  • Use data and procurement insights to identify opportunities for cost savings, value creation and process improvements that support business performance.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, helping to track performance, resolve challenges and keep projects moving forward.
  • Support effective risk management by monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate procurement information and highlighting potential supply risks early.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing, sourcing and procurement operations while supporting tenders, benchmarking activities and innovation projects.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing or a related commercial environment, or equivalent transferable experience.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
  • CIPS Level 3/4 qualification, or a desire to work towards MCIPS, would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel and PowerPoint to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • SAP or ERP system experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
