JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a Consultant in IVF and Reproductive Medicine to join our team at CREATE Fertility in Wilmslow, Manchester. This role is pivotal in delivering expert, high-quality and patient-centred fertility care. As a Consultant you will be responsible for the independent management of patients, performing key fertility procedures and contributing to the ongoing success of the clinic. You will uphold the highest standards of clinical safety, patient satisfaction, and treatment outcomes, ensuring an exceptional experience for individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatment.
DUTIES AND OBJECTIVES
You will also support the continuous improvement and may be involved in training, audits and quality initiatives as directed. Including but not limited to the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effective clinical management of patients, working collaboratively with colleagues
- Ensure the safe and effective care of all patients
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, delivering the highest standard of care to patients
- Availability for emergency on-call duties, weekend shifts
