ROLE PURPOSE
The UK Deputy Operations Director is a key member of the United Kingdom Leadership Team and will serve as the operations professional lead working alongside the Medical, Nurse and Lab Director, to support the Executive Team and drive the delivery of KPI and strategic objectives across the United Kingdom.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to and deputise for the UK Operations Director, serving as their key strategic partner, supporting and leading on a dynamic portfolio of work as determined by the Operations Director.
- Leadership of the Central Operations Team including the Head of Operations, Project Manager, Performance Manager, and other future roles that may be introduced as the team grows and evolves.
- Participation in and ownership of the Tactical Escalation Structure including oversight of and support to the Operational Support Managers.
- Driving of clinic growth, productivity, and efficiency, aligned to UK driver metrics, bonus criteria, and strategic objectives.
- Leveraging national and international integration opportunities with our global partners to secure IVIRMA as the UK leader for private fertility services and reproductive medicine research.
- Leading the delivery of significant programmes of work and standalone projects following best practice methodology and change management processes including but not limited to EPR Implementation and Hub/Satellite Expansion.
- The creation, improvement, and participation in organisational and clinical governance.
- Supporting the development of a positive culture of patient centric care, commercial excellence, and professional accountability.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters level education or equivalent with a preference for a related field.
- Significant senior operational leadership experience in large healthcare providers.
- Verifiable track record performance, financial, and quality improvements.
- Competence in managing large teams and financial budgets across multiple locations.
