We’re looking for a results-driven Account Director to take ownership of key client relationships while leading and developing a high-performing marketing team. What will you be doing?
- Leading Client Relationships: Manage and own relationships with 3 - 6 clients, working directly with CEOs and marketing teams to drive impactful marketing strategies.
- Shaping Strategies: Turn high-level business goals into actionable content marketing plans that deliver measurable results for fast‑growth, entrepreneurial businesses.
- Overseeing Execution: Ensure the flawless delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement where needed.
- Managing & Developing the Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3 marketers, a mix of Senior Marketing Managers and Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Driving Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and evolve Create Engage’s service offering, ensuring we stay at the cutting edge of content marketing.
- Owning Results: Take accountability for client success, making data‑driven decisions to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement.
