Woolwich Primary School in London is seeking an experienced Lead Teacher to oversee the SEN Hub.

This leadership role combines strategic oversight with outstanding teaching to support pupils with diverse needs.

You will manage three specialist classrooms, plan the timetable, line-manage staff, coordinate interventions and work closely with the SENCo, therapists and families to ensure personalised, high-quality provision and safeguarding across the hub.
