As an Education Recruitment Consultant you will manage the full 360-degree recruitment process. You build relationships with schools, win new business and recruit teachers, support staff and specialist professionals.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling and business development
- Build relationships with school leaders and hiring managers
- Weekly school visits and face-to-face business development
- Recruit teachers, support staff and specialist education professionals
- Advertise vacancies and source candidates
- Conduct telephone, virtual and face-to-face interviews
- Present suitable candidates to schools
- Manage temporary bookings and permanent placements
- Work closely with compliance team
- Achieve weekly activity, placement and revenue targets
- Help develop a successful geographical area
Qualifications
- Previous recruitment experience, particularly within education or temporary staffing (highly desirable)
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment and the resilience to build a successful recruitment career
- Ambitious and financially motivated

Salary and Earning Potential
- Basic salary: £30,000–£40,000+ (depending on experience).
- Uncapped commission with no threshold from day one.
- Strong earning potential with the opportunity for top performers to exceed £100,000.
