Creative SEN Teaching Assistant – Make Every Day Count! Full-Time | Immediate/September Start | SEN School Setting
Are you the kind of Teaching Assistant who turns a cardboard box into a spaceship, uses music to encourage communication, or celebrates every small achievement like it's a huge victory? Do you believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, communicate, and shine in their own unique way? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and creative SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic specialist school supporting children with Autism and complex communication needs. Many of the pupils use Makaton, PECS, and other non-verbal communication methods, so experience with alternative communication strategies is highly valued.

Why You’ll Love This Role
- Every day is different
- You’ll see real progress and celebrate meaningful milestones
- Work alongside passionate teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Build valuable SEND experience and develop your career
- Competitive pay with ongoing training and support
