Overview

Create Balance Accountants, Tax and Business Partners are growing, and we are seeking a passionate and proactive Client Manager to join our team. If you thrive on building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and working collaboratively, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Client Manager, you will be supporting our Senior Client Manager and servicing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting, tax, and business advisory needs are met on time while delivering high‑quality outcomes that help our clients achieve their primary goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts
  • Review of accounts payable/receivables functions
  • Review/completion of client VAT returns
  • Guide and support junior team members
  • Collaborate with team to solve client challenges and identify opportunities
  • Monitor deadlines and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to process improvements and innovative solutions

About You

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Professional qualifications – AAT Level 4 as a minimum with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent etc. and Microsoft Office
