Create 180 is a fabrication studio based in Greenwich with a wealth of expertise spanning art direction for TV, games design, set construction, costume making, and more. We have a fully equipped studio and workshop, bringing together specialist tools, hands-on knowledge, and inventive minds to deliver imaginative and effective solutions.

We are currently seeking an Office Accounts Administrator starting from mid-June 2026 to manage our daily financial records and provide general office support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing supplier invoices and operational costs, raising client invoices, and matching purchase orders.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate financial records and updating internal databases.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Reconciling bank accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Credit Control: Chasing outstanding payments and managing debt.
  • Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll, timesheets, and pension processes.
  • Office Admin: Handling mail, ordering stationery, assisting with group mailboxes, quoting and scheduling meetings.
  • Compliance: Maintaining HR records and Health & Safety documentation.

Ideal Expectations

  • Experience: Previous experience in administration, coordination, accounts support or bookkeeping in a creative sector.
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Excel/Office and accounting software like Xero.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
