Role Description

This Designer Project Lead role is based in London.

The Designer Project Lead will oversee the design process from concept through fabrication, translating client briefs into clear design directions and technical specifications.

Responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and mock‑ups, coordinating with workshop and studio teams, and ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

The role involves direct communication with clients and partners, managing timelines, prioritising tasks, and resolving design challenges in a fast‑paced environment.

The Designer Project Lead will also contribute to continuous improvement of studio processes and support a collaborative, inclusive working culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in design development, concept visualisation, and translating creative ideas into practical solutions.
