Summary
As a Shift Leader at Creams Doncaster, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and product quality while leading a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during your shift to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with food production as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Train new staff members on company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the café.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
