Brand Manager who understands that successful marketing isn't just about creative campaigns—it's about increasing guest visits, driving sales, growing market share, and delivering measurable business results.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll take ownership of national brand campaigns and local store marketing initiatives across our growing franchise network, ensuring every activity contributes to brand growth and commercial performance.
This role is ideal for someone who loves analysing performance, spotting opportunities, working closely with operational teams and franchise partners, and turning marketing activity into real revenue growth.
- What You'll Be Responsible For
- Driving sales through impactfull national marketing campaigns and local Cafe marketing initiatives.
- Working closely with franchise partners to identify opportunities to increase footfall, guest frequency and average transaction value.
- Developing targeted local marketing plans that deliver measurable results within individual cafés and trading areas.
- Analysing campaign performance, ROI and commercial KPIs, providing clear recommendations to improve results.
- Identifying partnerships and promotional opportunities that drive awareness and generate revenue.
- Using market trends, customer insight and competitor activity to shape future campaigns and business decisions.
- Protecting and growing the Creams brand while ensuring all activity supports commercial objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in Brand Marketing, Local Store Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
- Experience within hospitality, retail, leisure, franchising, QSR or food & beverage brands.
- A proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns that have directly driven sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, KPIs and campaign performance.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of unit economics, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Highly organised, hands-on and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
