As the UK’s leading dessert restaurant brand, we’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of our customer engagement and retention strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on CRM specialist who thrives in fast-paced consumer brands and loves using customer data to drive loyalty, frequency, and revenue growth.
The Role
- You’ll own and deliver the end-to-end CRM strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty and lifecycle communications.
- Working closely with our Marketing team, you’ll act as the CRM subject matter expert and play a key role in shaping customer retention and engagement.
- Developing and executing the CRM and retention strategy.
- Building and optimising automated customer journeys.
- Analysing campaign performance and customer behaviour.
- Delivering actionable insights and commercial recommendations.
- Managing CRM reporting and revenue attribution.
- Ensuring GDPR compliance and database best practice.
- Collaborating with Brand, Operations and external platform partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in CRM, retention or loyalty marketing.
- Proven experience owning CRM strategy end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation workflows.
- Experience within hospitality, retail, QSR or multi-site brands is highly desirable.
