Job Purpose: Create and optimise listings. Monitor KPIs, stock management and provide support to Ecommerce Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Product Listings: Create and maintain product listings across Amazon, the company website, and additional marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Optimisation: Enhance listings through improved imagery, keywords and A+ content to drive visibility, ranking and conversion.
- Performance Monitoring: Track reviews, rankings and conversion data, flagging insights and action points to relevant teams.
- Data-Driven Insight: Run and analyse reports on KPIs and forecasts, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product information meets all relevant safety and compliance standards.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical or listing errors, open and manage support cases where required.
- Stock Management: Update product availability and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Communication: Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including marketplace managers and support teams.
- Order Processing: Manage purchase orders and coordinate with both Amazon fulfilment centres and internal warehouse staff.
