Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
- ECS Gold Card
- NVQ Level 3 City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 in Inspection and Testing
- 18th Edition
- Experience as an Electrical Supervisor
- 5 years testing experience
- Ability to read and interpret Electrical drawings
- Ability to fill out test sheets & use software
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the Electrical testers on each site.
- Fill out test results onto test sheets.
- Ensure testing is completed on time.
- Liaise with the office and on-site team of both Electrical contractor and Building contractor.
- Monitor and review the performance of Electrical testers and provide coaching where needed.
- Carry out all works in compliance with statutory regulations, current industry standards, company quality and health and safety assurance procedures, including ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Quality, Environmental and OH&S procedures.
- Directly manage the externally contracted and directly employed resources.
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations are observed throughout.
- Ensure deadlines are hit.
