• Supervise project teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed project documentation using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communication purposes.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines meticulously through effective time management and organizational skills.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and building codes throughout all phases of construction.

Experience

• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects within the construction industry or related fields.
• Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project; familiarity with construction management tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members at all levels.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; IT literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
