The predicted salary is between 12 - 12 Β£ per hour.

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Support Worker to join our team on an ongoing flexible basis to work in a small residential learning disability home in Telford. In return you will receive excellent benefits such as:

You pick the days and shifts you wish to work and these can be changed weekly – giving you complete flexibility around your other commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Working one-to-one with service users who are able-bodied adults with learning disabilities
  • Assisting with meal preparation
  • Coordinating and facilitating activities
  • Providing assistance/encouragement with personal care
  • Community access

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of care experience in a residential care home or learning disability home, in a Support Worker or Care Assistant role
  • A passion to deliver great care and support, to motivate and ensure adults thrive in the environment
  • Good spoken English
  • The right to work in the UK

Working Hours & Pay:

We have late, early, long days, nights, and weekend shifts available and are happy to work with any availability; however, we are unable to offer school hours due to the shift patterns of the homes we work with. You will receive Β£12.25 – Β£12.40 (+12% holiday pay) per hour depending on the shift you work.
