You must be 17+ years old to apply for this role. At Crealy, we’re passionate about creating unforgettable memories for our guests—and we’d love for you to be part of it! We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join us in a unique role that supports our Holiday Reception Team.

There will be various shifts, but you must be able to work between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm when the reception and campsite shop will be open. The job role will include tasks such as:

  • Creating welcome packs and distributing accommodation keys
  • Providing guests with a warm welcome
  • Directing guests to their allocated accommodation
  • Providing accurate and informative information of services and facilities offered
  • Upselling and offering additional services to benefit our guest needs and experience
  • Dealing with guest issues in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
  • Serving guests in our campsite shop

To be a part of the Crealy Meadows reception team you must be full of enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude. If you think you have the ability, communication skills, passion and drive to work in a busy and demanding environment, plus the enthusiasm to deliver exceptional customer service, you could be exactly what we are looking for.

Previous experience of a holiday park setting is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided. In addition, the ideal candidate must have:

  • A basic understanding of computer systems (including Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication
  • An ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
  • Happy to smile whilst checking our guests in outside come rain or shine
  • An ability to work independently for prolonged periods of time and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm to interact with guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
  • A reasonable level of fitness
  • Experience in a holiday park or similar environment is an advantage, but not essential—full training will be provided.

  • Pay: Up to £12.80 per hour (based on age)
  • Hours: Seasonal role, including weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance
