Every day, our Food & Beverage Team helps create magical moments by serving delicious food and drinks to our Theme Park and Resort guests. From family-friendly restaurants and buzzing coffee shops to grab-and-go kiosks, no two days are ever the same! As part of the team, you’ll play a big role in fuelling the fun. You’ll deliver service with a smile, keep our outlets running smoothly, and help us exceed guest expectations at every step—from preparation and presentation to those all-important guest interactions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting guests with energy and enthusiasm.
- Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and preparing tasty treats.
- Operating tills, handling cards and cash securely.
- Preparing and serving hot drinks with care.
- Keeping our outlets sparkling clean and guest ready.
- Restocking displays and making sure everything looks inviting.
- Supporting special guests like VIPs and Annual Pass Holders.
- Hitting sales targets by promoting offers and upselling treats.
- Helping reduce waste while keeping revenue high.
- Answering questions and sharing your park knowledge to make every visit even better.
What We’re Looking For:
- You don’t need prior experience, we’ll provide full training (including Food Hygiene qualifications if you don’t already have them).
- A passion for customer service and bringing joy to our guests.
- Confidence when speaking with the public.
- Great observational and communication skills.
- Team spirit with the ability to work independently too.
- Willingness to learn, including Health & Safety training.
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather (after all, the fun never stops!).
