Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West's largest family theme park which offers over 60 rides and attractions. At Crealy, we’re excited to be growing our team! We’re seeking individuals to join our dynamic and supportive workplace. You are expected to be role models in delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst:
- Undertaking daily cleaning in all facility areas on the resort, including toilet blocks, showers, and communal kitchen and laundry facilities
- Assisting the Hot Tub Technician with changing over water and clearing of hot tubs for each new arrival
- Ensuring chemicals are always at a safe level
- Daily testing of hot tubs
- Reporting any maintenance issues and supporting any repairs of hot tubs
- Ensuring the cleaning and testing standards are upheld whilst working to a deadline
- Clearing up spillages
- Jet Washing
- Strimming
- Supporting the Park Wardens in maintaining the camping and caravan pitches and external presentation of our lodges
- Supporting the accommodation supervisors
- Sharing your park knowledge to answer queries from our guests.
No previous hot tub experience is necessary although this is preferred, as full training will be provided, but a passion for customer services and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.
