You must be 18+ years old for this role. We’re thrilled to be expanding our Rides and Attractions Team and are on the lookout for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who love bringing smiles to people’s faces. As a Ride Operator, you’ll be at the very heart of the park experience – keeping guests safe, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and creating unforgettable moments for families and friends.
What you’ll be doing:
- Spreading joy and helping guests make magical memories
- Managing queues and welcoming guests onto rides
- Checking restraints and applying ride restrictions for safety
- Operating rides with care and following all procedures
- Delivering excellent customer service, especially for VIPs and Annual Pass Holders
- Sharing your park knowledge and answering guest questions
- Keeping ride areas clean and ready for fun
No experience? No worries! We’ll provide full training, so you feel confident and prepared.
