In this role, you’ll help keep our park sparkling, safe, and welcoming for every guest. As a key member of our team, you’ll not only maintain high standards of cleanliness but also act as a friendly face for our guests, sharing your park knowledge and helping create unforgettable experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep our toilets spotless and hygienic
- Clean and maintain our indoor play areas
- Handle cleaning of bodily fluids safely
- Empty bins and sort recycling
- Litter picking and clearing up spillages
- Perform general cleaning across the park
- Chat with guests and answer their questions about the park
No previous cleaning experience? No problem! Full training and support will be provided. What matters most is your passion for customer service, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
What We’re Looking For:
- Physical stamina – able to be on your feet for long periods, walk across the park, roll large bins, and restock facilities
- Happy and confident to work alone at night
- Passion for creating outstanding guest experiences
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent observation and communication skills
- Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and simple instructions
- Team player who can also work independently

The Details
- Hours: 2:00pm – 11:00pm
- Seasonal role, including weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance.
- Preferences: The Candidate must be 18 years or older and Driving License is preferred.
- Pay: Up to £12.80 per hour
