We’re thrilled to be expanding our Food and Beverage Department and are looking for an energetic, hands‑on Venue Manager to take the lead across our busy Kiosk Venues. These are fast‑paced spots that serve ice cream, sweet treats, doughnuts, slush, hot dogs, along with hot and cold drinks. So, we need people who thrive in a lively environment and enjoy working right in the heart of the operation.

If you’re someone who notices the small details, loves coaching a team, and gets a buzz from smooth, efficient service, you’ll fit right in. Brand experience is a plus but not essential; what matters most is your energy, leadership, and drive.

What the role’s all about

You’ll be running day‑to‑day operations in kiosks like Donut Stop, Ice Town, our Ice Cream and Slush Kiosks, and more. These are fun venues with a great team spirit but incredibly busy in peak season, so being organised and switched on is key.

You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with your team, making sure:

  • Stock is rotated, date checked, and always available
  • Everything is portioned consistently
  • Date‑dots are done properly
  • The team is trained and confident with SOPs
  • Waste is kept low
  • Service stays friendly, quick, and spot‑on
  • Team members are engaged, supported, and motivated
  • Planograms are implemented and maintained across venues for consistent presentation
  • The venue and surrounding areas are always clean, tidy, and visually appealing
  • You take full ownership of your venues, noticing the little details that make a big difference
  • Reviews, feedback, and coaching happen regularly

It’s a role for someone who loves being present in the venues, leading by example, and keeping standards high through busy periods.

Our Team = Our Success

At the heart of our park is our amazing team – we all work together to make the magic happen. Whether you’re looking for your first job, a seasonal role, or the next step in your career, we’ve got a place for you.
