We're growing our Food & Beverage team at Crealy and are looking for a confident, friendly chef who takes pride in producing quality food and running a kitchen to a high standard. You’ll be joining a supportive team where menus are developed in-house and where you’ll play a key role in delivering great food experiences across both our resort and theme park operations. For the right person, there will also be opportunities to secure a permanent position.
Attendance Bonus
In addition to your hourly rate, you’ll receive a £2.00 per hour attendance bonus for every hour worked if you attend all scheduled shifts between your start date and 23rd December 2026, making this an excellent opportunity to boost your earnings over the summer season.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cooking our home‑cooked pub menu in the Clubhouse Restaurant.
- Preparing fresh dishes for our theme park food outlets.
- Leading and supporting a kitchen team of 2–4 people.
- Daily food preparation and training team members on new dishes.
- Ensuring consistent quality, presentation and portion control.
- Checking freshness, rotating stock correctly and minimising waste.
- Managing stock levels, placing orders and supporting stock takes.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Following food safety procedures and ensuring the team does the same.
- Bringing forward ideas to improve dishes, service and guest experience.
- Supporting special events and seasonal activities across the resort.

- The Clubhouse Restaurant – serving freshly prepared pub classics and family favourites.
- Sooty’s Diner – our fast‑paced burger and loaded fries venue.
- Street Food Kitchen – our newest concept serving burritos, quesadillas, loaded fries and street food favourites.
- Pizza & Chicken Kitchen – producing pizzas, chicken dishes and grab‑and‑go favourites for thousands of guests.

Hours The Details
- Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour plus £2.00 per hour attendance bonus (based on age).
- Hours: Our food operations run from 8:00am to 9:30pm, and you’ll need to work a mixture of weekends, early mornings, evenings, school holidays and bank holidays. We will be flexible with shift patterns where possible.
