We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Barista Maestro to join our Food & Beverage leadership team at Crealy Theme Park & Resort. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about great coffee, exceptional guest service and leading a team by example. Working across both of our Costa Coffee outlets, you'll play a key role in delivering high standards, creating memorable guest experiences and supporting the development of our growing food and beverage operation. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll be trusted to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the coffee shops, supporting and developing team members whilst maintaining excellent operational standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Opening and closing our Costa Coffee outlets.
- Preparing and serving high-quality Costa Coffee beverages.
- Leading and supporting the coffee shop team during service.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating positive first impressions.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
- Ensuring all products are prepared and served to brand and company standards.
- Coaching and supporting team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting with ordering and stock control.
- Supporting training of new starters and existing team members.
- Taking ownership of guest feedback and helping drive continuous improvement.
- Working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Previous experience working within a branded coffee shop environment (such as Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Caffè Nero, Pret A Manger, Coffee#1 or similar).
- Experience at Team Leader, Supervisor, Shift Leader or Barista Maestro level.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, service standards and daily coffee shop operations.
- Experience opening and closing a venue and leading a team during busy trading periods.
The Details
- Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour (based on age)
- Hours: Seasonal role, including weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance.
