We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and people-focused Front of House Manager to join our Clubhouse team. Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role is key to elevating our guest experience and bringing energy and personality to the front of house.

Our Venue Manager has built strong foundations with high standards in product quality, cleanliness, and presentation. Now, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the guest-facing experience and truly bring it to life.

Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of front of house performance, including tracking sales, team performance, and key KPIs.
  • Identifying opportunities to drive revenue, improve guest experience, and maximise secondary spend.
  • Monitoring team output and recognising top performers, supporting a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Acting as the face of the clubhouse, greeting guests and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Engaging with resort guests, chatting about their stay and promoting offers and experiences across the park.
  • Driving secondary spend through excellent customer service and guest interaction.
  • Supporting and developing the front of house team, building confidence and encouraging great guest engagement.
  • Working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintaining high standards in cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery.
  • Supporting labour control and productivity to ensure efficient operations.
  • Confidently handling guest queries and sharing information such as opening times, specials, and menu highlights.

The Details
  • Pay: £14.00 per hour.
  • Hours: The clubhouse operates between 8:30am and 10:00pm. Shifts will vary between 8:00am and 10:30pm to support the full trading day. This will include weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance.
  • We are particularly looking for someone who is happy to work a strong proportion of evening shifts during the summer season, as this is our peak trading period and where guest experience and sales opportunities are at their highest.
