Looking for a job in beautiful Devon, close to Exeter and the stunning beaches of Exmouth and Sidmouth? Join the team at Crealy Theme Park and Resort for the busy 2026 season! We are looking for friendly, adaptable all-rounders who enjoy the unique lifestyle of working on a site and helping guests have a safe and memorable holiday.

We are open to couples with previous warden experience, or if it is your first venture into being a warden we are happy to help you learn. We are happy to accept a well-behaved four-legged member of your family. However, we cannot accommodate families with children for this role.

The role includes:

  • Being great with people, helping our guests to have a great holiday, welcoming them
  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the campsite, overseeing the pitch changeovers
  • Assisting with cleaning and maintaining accommodation and facilities
  • Supporting our hot tub operations, when needed
  • Basic grounds upkeep and some simple presentation maintenance (e.g. painting, weeding and bin emptying)
  • Participation in an on-call rota, for occasional out of hours support

The Details:

  • Pay: Up to £12.80 per hour (per person)
  • Hours: Seasonal role, including weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance, approx. 35 hours per week (slightly higher in peak periods), 2 consecutive days off a week
  • Free Pitch: We offer a free serviced pitch for your own caravan or motor home. If you don’t have your own, we can provide one if necessary.
