We are looking for an Accommodation Supervisor to join our team. You will assist in the responsibility for the cleaning and presentation of all the holiday accommodation from Lodges to Glamping. Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you will be delivering the highest standards of cleanliness within the Resort’s accommodation department, and overseeing a large housekeeping team.
About the Job
- Assist in training and leading a team of accommodation cleaners
- Perform regular accommodation audits
- Monitor the performance of the cleaning and the self‑checker teams
- Work alongside maintenance, reception and management teams as requested by the Accommodation Manager
- Comply with company health & safety policies and procedures (COSHH, manual handling, fire and safety procedures)

Details
- Hours: Seasonal role. Monday and Friday are essential from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm. The role also requires a Sunday on a rotational basis. Peak periods include weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays. Shifts are rostered in advance.
