We are looking for an Accommodation Supervisor to join our team. You will assist in the responsibility for the cleaning and presentation of all the holiday accommodation from Lodges to Glamping. Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you will be delivering the highest standards of cleanliness within the Resort's accommodation department, overseeing and organising a large housekeeping team.

- Assist in training and leading a team of accommodation cleaners
- Perform regular accommodation audits
- Monitor the performance of the cleaning and the self-checker teams
- As requested by the Accommodation Manager, work alongside the maintenance, reception and management teams
- Comply with company health & safety policies and procedures (COSHH, manual handling, fire and safety procedures)
Cleaning
The successful candidate should have:
- Cleaning experience
- Flexibility and Team Work attitude
- A 'can do' problem solving attitude
- Able to take direction as well as lead a team
- An inspiring attitude, lead from the front and demonstrate positive behaviours
- Have a critical eye for detail
- The flair to continually raise standards
- The ability to prioritise to hit required deadlines
- An eagerness for success whilst developing a fun place to work
- To help train and monitor the Housekeeping Team to ensure their work is to a high standard
- Be responsible for supervising a team of up to 8-10 cleaners and covering allocated shifts as required
The Details
- Hours: Seasonal role, Monday and Fridays are essential from 9:00am – 7:00pm. This role also requires you to work a Sunday on a rotational basis. Our peak periods include weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance.
