What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting experienced welders and fabricators in the production of steel reinforcement and components used in precast concrete products
- Learning a variety of welding techniques and fabrication skills
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Preparing materials for welding and fabrication
- Maintaining welding equipment and ensuring safe working practices
- Supporting the team to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
What We’re Looking For
