The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 £ per year.
As a key member of the Precast Flooring Team within Creagh, the successful candidate will focus on growing our flooring & Precast order book throughout the UK & Ireland.
Key duties will include the preparation of estimates from drawings and bill of quantities, liaising with customers directly and ultimately winning sales/orders. This position will be based at Toomebridge and will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional service to customers and staff and requires high levels of organisation and attention to detail whilst ensuring customer expectations are met.
Criteria
- Experience with estimating precast, steelwork or insitu concrete works would be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings such as Autocad and reinforcement schedules is essential
- Ability to demonstrate a commercial understanding of structural engineering and precast design
- A persistent and determined individual who is highly motivated, and target driven.
- Enhanced training for the role will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Project
