The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision and delivery of a site program for the installation of precast concrete products. They will ensure that Health and Safety compliance is managed effectively onsite.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring daily installation targets are achieved
- Management of site resources
- Management of health and safety requirements
- Scheduling deliveries alongside the Transport Manager
Building a positive working relationship with the main contractor is important.
The Person
- Must have previous precast concrete installation experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects
- Must be site based, flexible to travel throughout the UK
- Must be working towards a SSSTS qualification
- Possess a proactive can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Work on own initiative with strong organisational and communication skills
