Mechanic

Creagh Concrete, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading concrete manufacturers, is looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our maintenance team at our Toomebridge site.

Location: Toomebridge, Co. Antrim
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles and plant machinery to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair faults in HGVs, trailers, forklifts, and plant equipment.
• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Work as part of a skilled team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified mechanic (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
• Experience working on commercial vehicles and/or plant machinery.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime or shift patterns when required.
