Creagh Concrete, one of Ireland and the UK’s leading manufacturers of precast concrete products, is seeking a reliable and experienced General Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep, safety, and efficient operation of our Toome site.
Role Overview
The General Maintenance Supervisor will manage all aspects of site and building maintenance, ensuring the facility, utilities, grounds, and infrastructure are maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will be a time-served tradesperson who has previously managed a maintenance team. This hands-on role involves planning maintenance schedules, coordinating contractors, resolving building and site issues, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the facilities maintenance team and oversee external contractors
- Plan and carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on buildings, utilities, and site infrastructure
- Manage upkeep of facilities including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, drainage, and general building fabric
- Ensure the site is compliant with health & safety regulations and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and site compliance documentation
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues to minimise disruption
- Support site improvement projects and refurbishment works

- Previous experience in a maintenance supervisor role
