The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Commercial/QS teams and will be responsible for assisting in the achievement of general commercial duties to include the accurate preparation of costing and accounts, payment applications and invoices, reporting of variations and debt management as well as budget v forecast reporting on spend.
The Person:
- Graduate in Quantity Surveying
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying position/placement within the contracting side of the construction industry would be desirable.
- IT Literate, with ability to use/learn Sage software.
- Must be a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills.
