As Factory Supervisor, you will oversee daily production activities within the factory, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, maintaining productivity, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate factory personnel during daily production activities
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met
- Support training and development of production staff
- Work closely with production managers and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards
