Creagh Concrete, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading precast concrete manufacturers, is currently recruiting for a dedicated Toilet Facilities Cleaner with Maintenance Duties to join our team at our Toomebridge site.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise toilet facilities, washrooms, locker rooms and welfare areas across the factory site.
- Restock supplies including soap, paper products and cleaning materials.
- Carry out basic maintenance duties such as minor repairs, unblocking sinks/toilets, tightening fittings and reporting issues that require specialist attention.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.
- Follow all health & safety procedures, including correct use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
- Support site maintenance team with general housekeeping or upkeep tasks when required.
- Ensure cleaning schedules and records are completed accurately.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance (industrial or commercial environment beneficial).
- Ability to carry out basic maintenance/handyperson tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to work.
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Physically fit and comfortable working across a large site.
