The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision and delivery of a site program for the installation of precast concrete products. They will ensure that Health and Safety compliance is managed effectively onsite.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring daily installation targets are achieved
  • Management of site resources
  • Management of health and safety requirements
  • Scheduling deliveries alongside the Transport Manager

Building a positive working relationship with the main contractor is important.

The Person

  • Must have previous precast concrete installation experience
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects
  • Must be site based, flexible to travel throughout the UK
  • Must be working towards a SSSTS qualification
  • Possess a proactive can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Work on own initiative with strong organisational and communication skills
