The predicted salary is between 42000 - 60000 € per year.

The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with our clients on safe design and solution development on a range of structural elements of our large flooring and precast concrete contracts. This senior role will be responsible for the daily management of the technical engineering department who design and detail our large precast projects. It will involve the successful management of technical critical paths for both our design staff and external engineering services, to ensure deadlines are achieved for a variety of prestigious and challenging building projects.

Other key duties will include providing technical expertise, solutions and guidance to the sales, technical, manufacturing and construction teams; further development of BIM and 3D modelling software and continued development of technical staff within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years technical management experience in a busy design office within the construction/precast industry.
  • Applicants educated to degree level in Civil/Structural Engineering would be advantageous although not essential.
  • A sound knowledge of Autocad, Revit and BIM processes is essential.
  • Applicants must be customer focused with strong communication skills, leadership skills and people management skills.
