Creagh Concrete is a well‑established and growing concrete solutions provider based in Toome. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a CAD Technician to join our experienced technical team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and providing design support for a range of precast concrete products and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing detailed CAD drawings for precast concrete products
- Interpreting engineers’ and clients’ drawings and specifications
- Liaising with production, sales, and project teams to ensure drawings meet requirements
- Revising drawings in line with feedback and project changes
- Maintaining drawing records and version control
- Supporting the smooth delivery of projects from design to manufacture
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a CAD Technician role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable Criteria
- Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry
- Knowledge of structural or civil drawings
