The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Joiners to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in joinery while gaining hands-on experience within a busy manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting experienced joiners in the production of timber moulds and formwork used in concrete manufacturing
  • Learning to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing timber components
  • Maintaining tools and workshop equipment
  • Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
  • Working as part of a skilled team to deliver quality products on time

What We’re Looking For

  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are desirable
